The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian government program that funds support for people with permanent and significant disabilities. It provides funding for reasonable and necessary supports to help you pursue your goals and participate in daily life.
To be eligible, you must be under 65 years old, an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects your daily life. We can help you understand whether you qualify and assist with the application process.
Look for a registered provider with the right support expertise, good communication, flexibility, and a genuine person-centred approach. Harmony Haven is officially registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, giving you confidence in our quality and safety.
You always have the right to change providers. At Harmony Haven, we have a robust feedback and complaints process, and we actively work to ensure you're always happy with your support. Your satisfaction and wellbeing are our highest priority.
Once your service agreement is signed and your NDIS plan is confirmed, we can typically begin services very quickly. We maintain no waitlists and will do our best to start your supports as soon as possible.
Absolutely. Switching providers is your right as an NDIS participant. Our team will guide you through the process smoothly and respectfully, making sure there's no gap in your care during the transition.
